Drawing on industry recognised data from Hudl StatsBomb and Sportmonks; our Python-built platform uses embedded AI and machine learning to assess each potential manager’s tactical DNA against your current squad; revealing likely fit, expected impact, player winners and losers, and the key risks attached to every appointment. It is a simple, parameter-driven solution used by Aegis consultants to test scenarios and drive evidence-based decisions. We then turn that insight into practical recruitment action, identifying the player profiles, backroom staff replacement requirements and football changes needed to make the appointment succeed. You can then either use MTFI yourself and model further scenarios or take the recommendations in a format ready to deliver to decision makers and approval processes.
